Snacks for Dinner - Maybe Trader Joe's was Worth it After All

Today was our joint day off and I made Chili Relleno Casserole for lunch which I have no picture of because it was so freaking awesome that we devoured it immediately. For dinner we opted to snack from the booty we paid an arm and a leg for at TJ's last night.

We shared a small plate of prosciutto, uncured pastrami, hard salami, smoked Gouda, and Brie. The pastrami was the best either of us have had in years.

In the interest of economy, I need to make a master list of items that I can only get at TJ's instead of the regular grocer, including those that are actually cheaper there. We're willing to pay more for kick ass specialty items but most of the every day items are overpriced. Live and learn.

P.S. Some of their whole bean coffees are a steal.
