A Lunchtime Tribute to Todd's German Heritage

Living behind the shop has its advantages, especially when it comes to lunch. Even on the days I work I can pop into the kitchen and make a quick meal. I wanted to try something we would usually have for dinner so I sliced up the remaining jalapeno kielbasa left over from making gumbo and fried it up with sauerkraut and horseradish mustard. While it was cooking I nuked a potato and dressed it with butter, sour cream, and green onions. Todd can eat sour cream on just about anything and anyone who has met him knows that Stickboy needs some fattening up.

Dinner tonight will be very boring boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce and low carb cheddar bay biscuits.
